What is the Bedrock process?

The Bedrock Process is a unique way of organizing my “life” information. Its aim is to help me untangle my finances, goals and troubles in a way that makes it easy to look at, without judgment.

How much does it cost?

The Bedrock Process costs $300 per month.

What can I expect from a consultation?

The consultation is essentially a meet and greet. We spend time getting to know each other and answering any questions you may have. If, at the end of our time together, you are ready to move forward, we will schedule a session to begin the Bedrock Process.

Will I still be in control of my money?

ALWAYS. Your money is your money. Our aim is to help you meet your personal goals, and anything you build in your plan is for helping you achieve those goals.

How long before I start seeing results?

While there is no specific time table for your individual journey, we find that clients start experiencing stability within the first month. Furthermore, we find that in the following months after making a beginning, clients experience increasing stability and achievement of their goals.

Who does Bedrock support?

Bedrock supports any and all people who are seeking help with financial stability. We welcome people from all walks of life, various backgrounds in finance, and age groups. We believe that it is never too early or too late to start.

When can I expect a response to my inquiry?

During the normal business week (Monday through Friday), someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.

What is Safeguard Banking? Do I have to do it?

Safeguard Banking is one of the tools we created to help support our clients in reaching their goals. This is a bank account held-in-trust for the client. This is an optional service that clients can opt in to if they feel that additional financial guardrails would be useful.

How much work do I have to do?

This is the beauty of starting our process: Nothing! The initial stages of this process require that you just need to show up to the meeting. As we build the plan and move forward together, the action steps and plan will be clear to you what you need to do.

What investments do you offer?

Bedrock does not offer investment services or advice.

How do you work with family?

We understand family members might want to help a loved one utilize Bedrock’s services. We work with both the individual and the family members to formulate a plan that is in the best interest of both the individual and the family.

Do you have prepaid cards/allowances?

We utilize a service that offers debit cards funded through the SafeGuard Accounts. These cards can be modified based on the clients needs. Some examples include: restrictions on spending hours, restrictions on certain businesses, and spending limits that prevent overdrafts.

My kid wastes money, can you stop this?

We at Bedrock understand the frustration and stress that comes with compulsive spending and erratic behavior. We work with many families that are struggling with these types of situations. What we offer is to be an intermediary in that relationship as well as building a structure that works for both parties. Our aim is to ease the tension in these relationships by removing the judgment and control often present.

Do you offer sessions to teach basic financial literacy?

While Bedrock acknowledges this is important information people are looking for, we do not offer sessions dedicated to literacy alone. We find that throughout our process, people will inherently become more financially savvy relative to their goals.

How do I protect myself financially from my family members problems?

At Bedrock, we often work with families to build a plan for a loved one. This may include Safeguard Banking, Truelink card, or written agreements about financial support.

Do you build financial plans?

First, we take the time to understand who you are, what you need, and what are your goals. Together, as we walk through the Bedrock process, we create strategies that fit your needs to reach your goals. This is not a one size fits all process. Each journey is unique and we walk with you along the way.

Do you rebuild credit standing?

Bedrock does not offer services that directly impact your credit score. However, if rebuilding your credit is one of your goals, we create a plan that will help you achieve that.

Do you offer loans?

No, we do not offer any loan services.

Do I have to meet in person?

We offer both in person and remote meetings. However, due to COVID, we are only offering remote meetings for the time being.

Truelink cards are funded through associated Safeguard Banking accounts of the client. These cards are accepted any place that takes a credit card, and do not have the capacity to be overdrawn.

Family Questions

I think my loved one needs help, what is the first step I should take?

We understand. Fill out the inquiry form and a team member will get back to you within the next 24 hours. We will start with a conversation and see where we go from there.

Will I have access to my loved one’s account?

Safeguard banking is a unique tool we use that is tailored to your personal situation and is administered by Bedrock.

Can I have input on how my loved one spends their money?

At Bedrock, it is important we empower individuals to make their own financial decisions. Each agreement is unique between the family and individual. As we begin this process, we will set expectations to ensure everyone is on the same page.

I want to support my loved one, how can I be sure money gets to where it needs to go?

We offer ways to fund the Safeguard Banking account that does not require money being sent to the loved one. In separating money out of the relationship and bringing in a third party, we protect each of the parties and allow the relationship to normalize.

Will you teach my loved one how to be financially responsible?

Bedrock strives to empower people to be financially stable and responsible relative to their individual needs and goals.

How do I set boundaries?

This is a challenging piece of relationships and we can help you start on that path. We will encourage you to take the steps necessary to meet your needs.

Third Party Questions

How do I refer my client to Bedrock?

Please recommend they reach out to info@bedrockfinhealth.com expressing their interest or direct them to our website. It is important that the individual decides they need Bedrock.

Do you provide discounts for high volume group accounts?

Bedrock is considering solutions for establishments with an extensive client list. Please reach out to us at info@bedrockfinhealth.com to let us know you are interested and for more information.

Post treatment, will my clients still have access to Bedrock’s services?

Absolutely! We offer our services at $300 per month, and look forward to continuing those relationships.
